    Want to get a gauge here. What does your affiliate charge colleges and universities to register for one of your regional college fairs?

    Hi!  Here is Hawaii ACAC's pricing structure.  We charge a base fee and a fee for each fair.

    College Fair Base Registration Fees:

    Early Bird Base Fee1/22/24 –  2/22/24

    Regular Base Fee2/23/24 – 3/24/24

    Late Base FeeBegins 3/25/24 – Space available

    HACAC Member

    $320

    $680

    $880

    Non-HACAC Member

    $440

    $800

    $1000

    Additional Fees Per Fair:

    • Oahu – West Fair: $60
    • Oahu – Honolulu Fair: $60
    • Maui Day Fair: $25
    • Maui Evening Fair: $60
    • Hawai'i Island West – Kamuela Fair: $60
    • Hawai'i Island East – Keaau Fair: $60

    This is awesome thank you! Some additional questions for your model which is very interesting!

    • What does the base fee cover?
    • Therefore, what is the rationale for the additional fee for each fair?
    • In other words, why not just charge a set rate per college fair?

    PCACAC just held their first in-person college fair (ever, I think) and it cost us $150 to attend. It included StriveScan and an excellent dinner beforehand. I hope this helps!
